In celebration of 200 views, a mini competition is on between the blogs!
In celebration of 200 views of Kenneth blogs, I have created a mini
competition between the blogs(no prizes) that will see different blogs
compete against each other for the most number of views after 1 month.
Here is the current ranking of blog views:
Reading task blog-65 views
Kenneth's blog-46 views
Kenneth blogs-37 views
Kenneth blogs view count blog-18 views
Kenneth ww3 blog-17 views
These 5 blogs will be in the "competition" and after 1 month, we will see who has the most views. Of course, there will be no prizes but the friendly competition is good for publicity, so share the blogs as much as you can.

Warning signs that world war 3 will approach
In a previous post, I have explained that there are several things that you should not do during world war 3, and my advice is to look at it very carefully and understand it well. In this post, I will talk about several tell-tale signs, according to prophecies, of a world war 3 approaching so that you can get ready if it is about to approach.
1) Total economic collapse
According to many prophecies, the conditions of world war 3 are created due to a total economic collapse of the capitalist system. The collapse likely begins in the United States and spreads throughout the globalised world, eventually sending billions into poverty and starvation. It is suggested that during this time, it is important for people not to visit or to escape from Europe and America because these two areas are confirmed to be the areas of invasion by the then hostile East(Asian invasion is not certain as of yet). It is also suggested that these people head to Antarctica because this is an area that is least likely, of all territories, to be bombed or attacked by invading forces.
2) Communist revolutions
Due to the economic collapse many workers will be laid off and be suffering from steep, sudden inflation, lack of economic and food security and unable to afford home and transport loans. This will trigger Communist revolutions across the globalised world. During this period, many nations(excluding Russia, China, North Korea, Cuba and affliated countries) will see anarchy, looting and protests all at once, and some developed countries will experience a civil war for the first time in hundreds of years. The turning point comes when America experiences its communist revolution, resulting in the withdrawal of all forces in overseas bases. This revolution will make America extremely vulnerable to external invasions, which come quickly.
Note: Upon seeing the economic collapse, I suggest the Western refugees quickly flee to Antarctica. For after the communist revolutions world war 3 comes swiftly.
3) The assassinations
According to prophecies, the Balkans will see the assassination of three "Party" leaders(Likely communist). The three leaders are quickly shot and this assassination quickly enrages the Russians. Hence, they invade Europe, quickly capturing all the Eastern European nations and reaching Germany. By the next day, according to some prophecies, the farmers in Eastern Europe will be sitting on their farms, next to foreign Russian soldiers. By this time, Americans should leave America as the American invasion will be near.
Hence, these are the three signs of world war 3 approaching I would like to share with you now to ensure that you are able to act quickly once these signs appear. God gives us much time and warnings to give the people who believe in prophecies the time to escape to lands not involved in world war 3. I suggest you heed the advice in the post and do what is necessary to protect your family, especially if you live in Europe or America.

Charity is the way to go
In my last post on Markovnikov's application to economics, I shared on how charity is a effective solution to reduce inequality between the rich and the poor. In this post, I will explain how charity can be effectively used as a redistribution method for workers' welfare.
Redistribution method
To make charity a effective redistribution method, the following criteria must be observed:
1) The needs of the workers must be adequately addressed
- The 4 basic needs of many workers are: food, transport, healthcares and homes
Most workers are worried that with inflation, the above 3 necessities will be beyond their reach.
Hence, in order to effectively tackle these 4 problems, charities dealing with workers' welfare must be subdivided into these 4 groups.
Food division
-Raise funds for the purchase of free food for workers in the lower and middle income groups(Where workers with lower income get priority)
-Funds can also be given to food producers, especially fast food and local food producers, to subsidise the cost of food
Transport division
-Funds raised should aim to purchase fuel vouchers to reduce long-term cost of fuel
-Cars can be loaned at a cheap rate for workers to use on a monthly or yearly basis with the charities paying for fuel costs. This reduces the burden of the worker for fuel costs.
-Charities can work with public transport companies to reduce costs through subsidisation of public transport fares
Healthcare division
-Charities can operate free or highly subsidised medical treatment centres where medical professionals can volunteer to provide these healthcare services.
-Rich donors should actively fund the construction and operation of more public hospitals to ensure affordable healthcare for workers
Homes division
-Suggestion: The "Rich sponsor the poor" approach: The rich donors can subsidise workers' home ownership prices to reduce net housing costs for workers. They can take an alternative approach by funding the workers' electricity and water bills to reduce the economic burden of workers.
2)There must be adequate number of rich donors and volunteers
For charities to raise enough funds to benefit communities of workers, there must be enough donors and volunteers who are willing to sustain these operations. Here are some suggestions for increasing number of donors and volunteers.
1)Publicity
Through social media, conventional media like TV and radio stations and other means of communication, charities can promote their activities and encourage volunteerism and to raise funds.
2)By holding mass donation drives(Commonly done but necessary)
3)By approaching foreign donors
How will these benefit workers?
1)Reduce economic burden through subsidisation of costs
2)Build more trust between workers and rich people-> Increase in friendship and less conflict
3)Gives social security to workers->Progressive improvement in standard of living
4)Reduced government burden on providing social security for workers, more funds devoted to improving standard of living on other aspects of workers' lives.
Note: As I am a busy student, I have no time to read or comment on your comments. Please do not criticise anyone in your comments as this blog is meant to be constructive. Markovnikov's rule and its possible application in social economics
Note: I am not an economics student, but I noticed a relation(even if it is not very clear) between Markovnikov's rule (In chemistry) and several real world economic scenarios. The content in this post will not be very scientific, as I do not list figures and most of the definitions are simplified so that it is easy to understand. The purpose of this post is to notify and highlight a possible relationship between Markovnikov's principles and real world economic scenarios, hence it should not be taken scientifically at this point. Only if people decide to take my observation one step further then it will be elevated to a scientific level, but this is entirely up to you.
The most common way to remember Markovnikov's rule: The rich gets more, the poor gets less.
From this simplified understanding of the application of Markovnikov's rule, we can establish a direct link between this and the rising inequality in countries, a serious issue worldwide. So, why am I using this term instead of merely stating the obvious:The rich gets richer, the poor gets poorer?
The key idea is that there is a strange, but rarely explored link between science concepts and economics. Many of these science concepts clearly show that nature tries to oppose instability or inequality in the system, and these methods are discovered by scientists through experimentation and data analysis. In the real world, economics have similar problems but most of the time, people use different methods, of varying degrees of effectiveness, to try to solve the problems. Should it be time for us to relook our scientific concepts and apply the methods nature uses to restore balance in the system to solve inequality?
(Before looking at the next paragraph, may I request that you discard all negative stereotypes of the different economic classes and look at the scenario objectively. This will ensure that the scenario below will not incite any hatred towards other classes)
Now, let us consider a particular scenario. Imagine that a new deal/opportunity emerges and various groups of people from a country, let us call it country A, tries to benefit from it. A consists of businessmen, workers and farmers, where the businessmen are generally richer than the workers and the farmers(not implying communism here, let us stick to A being a capitalist country). Now, the deal is highly lucrative but who will benefit more from it? If we take a look at real world scenarios, we find that for most of the time, the businessmen would gain more, while the poorer people will gain less. Why is this so? Businessmen from A would not only be able to seize better opportunities due to their high capital, but they have the expertise and highly paid experts to analyse the situation and produce the best outcome by using the most profitable method. On the other hand, the poorer people have less analysis of the situation and are hence unable to derive much from this new opportunity. Even if some of them have the knowledge, but they lack the capital. So, from this scenario, we see the richer people(the businessmen) having the clear advantage. The result, massive increase in incomes for the rich, while small increases in income for the poor.
So, what implications and benefits does such a scenario have on the country's economy.
Benefits: Businessmen become richer, able to create more jobs, more revenue for country's government, improvement of infrastructure and transportational facilities, increased standard of living and quality of life for all citizens.
Implications: High inequality, inflation due to people becoming richer, tension and distrust between classes.
So, this is the scenario that we are in today. We see a paradox here, while more jobs are being created and this increases job security, there is increased distrust between the rich and the poor as there is a decline in social security. Workers need both to be happy(not considering other factors). So, are the citizens of the country happier or more depressed? In fact, they become more depressed because there is a loss of social cohesion and a common national identity. Instead of being brothers or sisters, people of different classes now see each other as conflicting and different groups of people and this clearly reduces the happiness levels of people in society.
So, now we should ask ourselves, does science have a solution to similar scenarios? The answer is yes, but for this, we now turn to Physics concepts on electromagnetic induction. Remember Lenz's law? Let us apply it to this scenario. When there is a change, people will oppose the change, if we follow Lenz's law closely. But in real world scenarios, the conept is a little more abstract, because when people oppose the change, there will still be people who oppose the people who oppose the change. So what do we do now? For this, we now turn to the psychological aspect and ask ouselves what it means to be a compassionate human being. If we see a fierce tug of war between classes, should we stand by and stare at them, or should we move forward to stop? I am sure most of you would be kind enough to stop them and try to resolve the situation through mediation. This mediation, in real world scenarios, is actually charity. If the rich gives to the poor, will the poor be anything but thankful? And if the rich gives willingly, will the rich be unhappy about it? No, and the problem is solved. Do we see this anywhere in nature? Yes, in the global redistribution of heat energy(General circulation model) in Geography. So, in actual fact, charity is the solution to economic inequality social issues in society. It might not solve the problem completely but at least it reduces the problems and overtime, people will develop so much trust in each other that we will no longer feel we are unequal. Once again, inequality may be represented by data, but the true interpretation of inequality is through the eyes of the people.
So, you might be confused and wondering what does Markovnikov's rule have to do with everything written in the above paragraph? Well, Markovnikov's rule is merely the ignition, the idea that allows us to visualise and understand the issue. It is only through understanding that we realise we need to frantically solve the issue due to inequality, and through scientific concepts we apply other methods to solve it. So, without the ignition, would we go ahead to crack our brains to solve it? Absolutely not. So, one thing leads to another.
I hope you have gained a new perspective on how Markovnikov's rule could be possibly applied to social economic understanding. Even though my explanations may be scientifically shallow, but it may just ignite the passion of researchers to study this inequality issue and propose practical, effective solutions to solve inequality and bridge humanity together.
Note: As I am a busy student, I have no time to read or reply your comments. Please do not criticise anyone(including me) on this blog, as the blog is strictly reserved for constructive discussion. Why I like Geography
Why do I like geography? Simple answer:Map reading
Maps are informative and useful in many circumstances.
1) Maps help the tourist to find his way to a sightseeing spot or places or interests.
2) Maps shows us the boundaries of districts, counties, provinces, countries etc. Gives us an identity of who we are on earth(and in the universe for galaxial maps)
3) Maps can be shown with additional plastic inserts for GDP, population, forest cover etc. Particularly useful for companies who are exploring the area for good business opportunities.
Wait, there is more to Geography than that.
1) Geology
Tells us how the land we live in is formed over billions of years. Tells us what type of rock our land is made of-particularly useful for construction companies to determine if a site is suitable for long-term building construction.
2)Climate
Tells us the weather extremes of an area, local temperature and wind directions. Useful for tourists to determine if they need to wear sweaters, jackets, winter clothing or simply T-shirts on their holidays.
3)Forestry
Tells us about the rich biodiversity in our catchment areas, rainforests and other areas. Shows us the usefulness of different types of plants to our health, as food, fuelwood, chemicals etc.
And much, much more.
So if you think Geography is a dry subject, think again. Geography is really a huge world out there. If you feel bored start by tracing your way to your next destination. You will find geography very useful to you.
Note: Once again, as a busy student, I have no time to read or reply to your comments. If I had unintentionally criticised anyone in my post please accept my sincere apologies. No criticising of others(including me) on my blog as this blog is meant for constructive discussion. Once again, thank you for reading my posts and I wish you a present year ahead.

Do not try to be a hero in World War 3!
Hi there. After much reading from the web, I have found many prophecies around the web saying that world war 3 is coming (perhaps pretty soon). I am not implying that it will definitely come but if it does, we better be prepared. Most prophecies seem to point to a Russian invasion of Europe, Chinese invasion of several countries in Asia and a combined Chinese, Russian (and other countries?) force invading the United States. Now, I have been analysing these prophetical movement of armies on the map and drawing parallels to world war 2. It seems that if world war 3 does break out, it will be much more scary then world war 2 so do be prepared to face the unexpected.
Meanwhile, I have been worried of the multitudes of people who will have the peacetime mentality during war and will do actions that will seriously harm themselves and their families in world war 3(if it happens). Hence, I have come up with several things you Should Not Do.
Here is the list(even if it is short):
1) Do Not Boycott the products of any country. Several merchants in world war 2 Singapore were involved in the mass boycotting of Japanese products and what happened to them? They were forced to pay extra money to the Japanese army, and some were sent to the firing squad.
2) Do not attempt to protest in the sight of an occupying army, especially for Europeans.
There were several prophecies of the massive Russian armies forcefully dispersing protests using tanks, chemicals and other weapons, killing many in the process. If you are not prepared to die in world war 3, don't do it.
3) Hide
There have been many prophecies of how Europeans were hiding in the mountains from invading armies. According to the prophecies, these save many people as the invading armies are not instructed to shoot at these special non-combatants.
Now, for all of you reading this, understand that the East is getting more powerful and this will be a time of great awakening for the East. World war 3 might/might not happen but regardless of what happens there will be a great change in the Eastern status, economy and power in the years to come. Of course, the West will also change but the East is changing at a much faster rate. The problem is that if world war 3 occurs suddenly, then most of the population of the world will not be ready. Here is a step-by-step process of how to slowly alter your mindset to prepare for this massive change.
1) Understand and appreciate Eastern people and their variety of cultures. Do not get into fights with Eastern people or treat them unfairly.
Regardless of what a Chinese/Russian/Singaporean/Malaysian/Vietnamese....etc. have done to you which have antangonised you in the past, try to overcome your anger and learn to make friends and develop mutual relationships with Eastern people. Who knows, if your friend in an invading Eastern army will save you during wartime.
2) Cooperate with the East, not try to undermine us.
The East and its vast diversity of countries have powerful economies, cultures which emphasise on charity, respect, love and most importantly, cooperation. Do not rely on your own understanding and negative stereotypes of eastern people. It is working against any possible benefit you can get from cooperating with the East.
With this, I end my post with much sincerity and hope. I believe that god is looking at me posting this article and smiling. He would very much like to warn people on this event(if He decides it will happen) and He would also like to offer people who are listening to him any advice that would help them prepare for World War 3(if it is coming). What a great platform to express this warning. Despite myself not being of any religion, I do believe in god and His warnings and words for us. I hope that everyone reading this post will take away something useful from this, something you might not have known.
Thanks for reading. As a industrious/hardworking/busy student, I have no time to check or reply to any of your comments. If I had unintentionally insulted or criticised any individual/group/party/organisation/country, please accept my sincere apologies and I would also like to ask for your forgiveness. Also if you wish to post any comments, do not criticise anyone(even me) on their comments because I want this to be a constructive blog. I have taken some time to go out of my comfort zone and busy working schedule, and overcome my fear of posting possibly controversial comments to issue this timely warning so please appreciate my efforts. Once again, thank you for reading my post, and I hope you have a nice year ahead.
The riddle in my dream: Can You solve it?
I was sleeping one night before an important exam and I was dreaming of a couple of scenes which were puzzling to me, and when I woke up I realised that it was a strange riddle that seemed to puzzle me because it is so hard to solve.
The dream was like this: A lawyer is/was representing a man, let us call him A in court. A is being sued by a sultan (from a strange, faraway land) who lost an expensive vase. According to the sultan, the vase was vandalised with A's name on it before it was stolen. It has not been found ever since. At the court, the sultan's lawyer shows the court some pictures taken by several guards in the sultan's palace of the vase the day before it was stolen. The court asked if the guards have proceeded to carry out any further investigation but the sultan's lawyer replied in the negative(saying no). The jury then asks A to scribble/write his name and A's scribbling fits the vandal's handwriting perfectly. This puzzles A, as A had never gone to the sultan's palace in his lifetime and so he is/was definitely innocent. A calls his lawyer to think of ways to convince the court that he is innocent.
As the lawyer, what would you do, and/or what further actions would you ask the court to take to prove A's innocence.
Note: I do not have an answer, so I will not reply.
